How to book the tickets?
- Go to Indiway.com
- Type “Purple bus” in the search box.
3. Click one of the choices that you want ! Then select ‘Use Date, Route, Time and Quantity’.
4. Check your Email Voucher.
5. Show email voucher to driver when boarding the bus.
FAQ:
Q. Can I show my mobile voucher? Or should I print it?
A. Show the bar code in the mobile voucher to the driver.
Q. I think I might be late, what should I do?
A. By default, the bus leaves at the scheduled departure time. So you have to wait for the bus at the bus stop 10 minutes before it leaves. If you miss the bus, you can wait and then pay for the next bus in the field (only if you have a seat on the next bus).
Q. I’d like to change the date, time and boarding place.
A. You can request a change to the Indiway Customer Center three days ago. However, it may not be possible to make changes if there are no seats left. (You can see the specific number/E-mail address on your voucher.)
Q. My flight was delayed. What if I can’t get the bus on time?
A. Sorry, even if it’s delayed, you can’t change the time of the day. You can wait and then pay for the next bus in the field (only if you have a seat on the next bus).
Q. What if it rains or snows?
A. Buses run regardless of weather. If not, we will send you a message by email or messenger in advance : )
