Koreans Food Meat Based Food but no Pork [Part 2]

Various kinds of Korean food , this time I will explain about korean food which based from meat but no Pork. Makanana Korea bervariasi macam, kali ini saya akan menjelaskan beberapa makanan korea yang  dibuat dengan bahan dasar daging tetapi bukan babi. For example. Contohnya :

1. Mul Naeng Myeon (물냉면)

Mul Naeng Myeon (물냉면)

Buckwheat noodles served in chilled soup made of dongchimi (radish kimchi) liquid and beef broth. The noodles are garnished with white radish and asian pear slices and seasoned with mustard and vinegar. Mie soba disajikan dalam sup dingin yang terbuat dari dongchimi ( kimchi lobak ) cair dan kaldu daging sapi . Mie yang dihiasi dengan lobak putih dan irisan pir Asia dan dibumbui dengan mustard dan cuka.

2. Gal Bi Jjim (갈비찜)

Gal Bi Jjim (갈비찜)

Beef short ribs, trimmed of fat, seasoned in sweet soy sauce and braised until tender with chestnut, ginko nuts, carrots and other vegetables. Daging iga pendek , tanpa lemak , dibumbui kecap manis dan direbus sampai empuk dengan chesnut , ginko , wortel dan sayuran lainnya .

3. Dalk Maeun Jjim (닭매운찜)

Chicken and potatoes cut and braised in spicy red chilli sauce until just enough liquid is left to cover the ingredients. also called dak-maeuntang. Ayam dan kentang dipotong dan direbus di  sambal merah pedas sampai hanya cukup cairan yang tersisa untuk menutupi bahan . juga disebut dak – maeuntang (ayam kuah pedas)

4. Sin Seol Lo (신선로)

Sin Seol Lo (신선로)

a hot pot of seafood, meat and vegetables cooked at the table in brass sinseollo pot over hot charcoal burning in the cetral cylinder. a dish representative of royal cuisine. Semangkuk panas  makanan laut , daging dan sayuran yang dimasak di meja di pot kuningan sinseollodengan menggunakna bahan bakar dari arang panas di silinder cetral . merupakan salah satu hidangan masakan kerajaan.
