Korean Famous “BibimNaengmyeon”

Even now the weather in Korea are changing to Autumn but there still a lot of people eating “Naengmyeon”
Naengmyeon means “Cold Noodles”. And there different variety of Naengmyeon in Korea either served in soup or spicy red paste.

But today we would like to introduce one of the kind of Naengmyeon. It’s called “BibimNaengmyeon”.
Bibim means “Mix” so it’s literal translation as “Mix Cold noodles”.

The whole Set of this cost 6,900won as for the soup is Self-Services

This noodles is served with a spicy dressing made primarily from gochujang (red chili paste) and eaten all mixed.
Korean’s will cut the noodles using scissors before ate it. It’s was a good experiences of eating Naengmyeon.
Furthermore there’s some restaurant serves it with “meat” and the price are reasonable.


Cut the noodle before eating it.. as the noodles quite long!!

Have a try next time if you travel to Korea~ It taste real real GOOD!!!
But keep in mind: This is not a dish for those people who don’t enjoy cold noodles.
