Sulbing (설빙; 雪氷) means “snow ice” in Korean, is a dessert cafe chain based in South Korea. As of 2014, the chain had over 490 retail stores in South Korea.
Sulbing is A bowl that looks very similar to the familiar bingsoo ( a very popular and elaborate snack/dessert in Korea) but it is the white frozen milk flakes in a bowl instead of shaved ice. It tastes sweet and creamy like powdery snow.
